Christopher spent much of his time outdoors where he was passionate about observing people, their actions, behaviours, dialect, and emotions. He would enjoy conversing with subjects. During the later years of his life, Christopher lived a somewhat sedentary lifestyle when compared to his past and would illustrate inanimate objects often from the comfort of his armchair at his home in Leighton Buzzard and while progressing with his journals.
